Monday - Dahn circular hiking trail
The trail leads past the cemetery of honor to St. Michael's Chapel. Behind Altdahn Castle, a path leads across the Wiesental valley up to the Römerfelsen rock. Over the Lachberg you head towards Jungfernsprung (the 70 m high landmark of the town of Dahn) and then back to the hotel. Approx. 12km, 3-4 hours walking time.
Tuesday - Neudahn Castle
We walk towards Kauert and after a short time reach the ruins of Neudahn Castle. The path leads down through the rock gate into the Moosbach valley. We return to the hotel along the nature reserve. Approx. 12km, 3-4 hours walking time.
Wednesday - Dahner Felsenpfad
Directly at the hotel, the trail leads up to the Wachtfels with the first view over Dahn. We enjoy further beautiful viewpoints via the Pfaffenfels and Schwalbenfelsen rocks. From there, we hike along narrow paths into the unique rock arena. We return to the hotel via Kauert and Steinhohlweg. Approx. 12km, 3-4 hours walking time.
Thursday - Hahnfels tour
From the spa gardens, we head towards Altdahn Castle to reach the start of the Hahnfels tour. We cross the beautiful village of Erfweiler and climb up to the Hahnfels with its wonderful views, then on to the Dorfblick. Narrow paths take us past rocks; finally the path leads us over the Kahlenberg to Wasgaublick. Now we cross the valley back towards the hotel. Approx. 14km, 4-5 hours walking time.
Friday - Altdahn Castle
We walk from the spa gardens to the Hochstein viewpoint. The path leads along the rocks towards the Altdahn-Grafendahn-Tanstein castle massif. Here we continue to the beautiful castle view before returning to the hotel via the south side of the Hochstein massif. Approx. 7km, 2-3 hours walking time.

Depending on the weather and altitude, it can get cooler or warmer during the tours. We recommend wearing clothing according to the onion principle. Depending on the weather, please remember to bring rain and sun protection - headgear, sun cream, light gloves and a scarf.
Some of the hikes lead over roots, sandstone, steps, narrow paths and, depending on the tour, can be high in altitude; hiking poles can provide support if necessary. We recommend closed/tread-proof footwear.

After arriving and getting to know each other, we start with a Pilates session that mobilizes and opens up the body. Rotations, gentle stretches and flowing movements release tension and create space for new energy. As the class progresses, we gently increase the intensity and integrate targeted strengthening exercises. Topic of the evening: How was your year?
In a guided meditation, we take time to look back on the past few months. What has moved, strengthened or challenged you? A moment of reflection and conscious arrival.

2nd Pilates session from 08:30 - 09:30
The day begins with a varied Pilates workout using the Pilates ball. Mobilization, strength and balance are the focus of this session. We use targeted exercises to promote stability, body awareness and an upright posture.
Breakfast together and then time to use the spacious wellness area or enjoy nature. Forest bathing.
3rd Pilates session 17:00 - 18:30
In the evening, an intensive and beneficial session for fascia, muscles and flexibility awaits you. With powerful and flowing exercises, we release tension, strengthen the body and create new energy for the coming winter season. Topic of the evening: The dark season - burden or opportunity? How do you experience the coming months? Are they rather challenging for you or do they offer the opportunity to calm down and recharge your batteries? Together, we will focus on self-care, inner balance and the question:
How much time will you give yourself?
A guided meditation rounds off the evening and invites you to consciously look inwards.

The exclusive family suite with the latest technology and facilities to make you feel at home in the garden wing.
The Römerfels Family Spa Suite on Level 3 measures 97 square meters and features a bathroom with a shower, double sinks, and a separate toilet, as well as a sauna and infrared cabin; a second bathroom with a bathtub and toilet; a whirlpool on the balcony; a safe; a telephone, Wi-Fi, three smart TVs, a minibar, a kettle for making tea and coffee, a wine cooler, a fireplace, air conditioning, and a separate living room. The Family Spa Suite also features a children’s room with a loft bed.
Each guest is provided with a bath bag containing sauna towels and terry cloth slippers, as well as a bathrobe.
Children up to and including age 5 stay in the adults’ room for free! Children ages 6 through 10 stay in the adults’ room for €35 per day, and children ages 11 through 16 stay for €55 per day. We’re happy to provide a crib for the little ones for €8 per day.

The particularly spacious Spa Suite with two bedrooms in the garden wing.
The Römerfels Spa Suite and the Tanstein Double Room on Level 1 or 2 are connected by a door. With 118 m² of space, the Magnum Römerfels Spa Suite offers plenty of room for a relaxing getaway for up to four people.
In addition to two bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, a living area, and a guest restroom, the Magnum Spa Suites also feature a private infrared/sauna cabin and a whirlpool with lounge chairs on the balcony or terrace.
A well-stocked wine cooler is also available in the suite (included for you). Of course, the Spa Suites also feature a safe, telephone, hair dryer, Wi-Fi, minibar (included for you), a kettle with tea and coffee-making facilities, and air conditioning.
